Learning to Love Your Story
What if you understood your life as an epic story - full of plot twists and turns, amazing characters, and great drama?
God has been writing your story from before the beginning of time - every word and page. Every chapter - even those that are painful and tragic - is part of the Author's storytelling in and through you! Discovery how you can co-author with God a tale beyond what you ever imagined your life could tell.
This conference is centered on the acknowledgment that every life is a unique story meant to reveal the word of God in the world. Dan Allender guides you on a journey into the beautiful and dangerous process of understanding the path of your life - past, present, and future. Take the journey into your own life and learn to love the story God is telling through you.
Intimate Mystery
What if you truly believed the gospel could change a marriage?
Wonder anew at God’s design for marriage through the matrix of Genesis 2:24 (weave, leave, and cleave). Dan will consider the categories of communication, dreams and demands, family ties, forgiveness, male and female uniqueness, and sex—all on a journey toward deeper intimacy and the mystery inherent in the relationship designed to reveal God’s character and purpose above all else. This event is highly applicable to those single, engaged, married, divorced or widowed.
The Wounded Heart
What if there was hope for you and others who have suffered sexual abuse?
This conference speaks into many of the painful and often hidden issues resulting from sexual abuse. Topics discussed include the damage sexual abuse inflicts upon a person's attitude toward him/herself; the consequences of that damage in adult relationships; the false solutions that promise help but fail to deal with the damage; and exploring the personal journey of honesty, courage, and repentant trust in God that leads to loving self and others in profound, transformative ways. Those who have experienced abuse as well as those who live and/or work with the abused are encouraged to attend.
Breaking Idols. Restoring Hope.
What if there was a way to experience life with freedom, purpose, meaning, and hope?
In our thirst for significance we give our lives, time, talents, strength and heart to anything we think will give us worth and purpose: Power. Relationships. Money. Pleasure. Work. But worshipping these idols has a high cost and still doesn't bring the fulfillment we long for.
Join Dan B. Allender as he invites a new perspective. Freedom. Purpose. Meaning. Hope. Idols can be broken and hope restored when God is truly the center of our life.
