FINANCIAL HARDSHIP APPLICATION

The Financial Hardship Assistance Scholarship is to help student during their time of transition to MHGS.  The financial awards can vary from $250 to $2000 based on the students individual need.   Applicants should be first-year students intending to enroll full-time degree seeking students at MHGS. This scholarship is evaluated and awarded based the students educational goals at MHGS, their current financial hardship and how the financial assistance will help them during this time of transition.

Alumni Scholarship for Leadership Excellence
The Alumni Association Scholarship for Leadership Excellence is a $3,000 scholarship awarded to students who have demonstrated maturity, integrity and humility through previous, effective leadership experience in a church, parachurch and/or community environment. Applicants should be first-year students intending to enroll full-time degree seeking students at MHGS. This scholarship is evaluated and awarded based on the applicant's leadership experience, self-knowledge and faith in action.

Cultural Diversity Scholarship
MHGS seeks to enroll students who reflect the rich ethnic and cultural diversity of the society in which we live. The Cultural Diversity Scholarship is a $3,000 scholarship awarded to first-year and returning students enrolled as full-time degree seeking students at MHGS. This program is intended for students of African, Hispanic, Native American/Alaska Native, Asian/Pacific Island, East Asian and Middle Eastern descent. Applicants should be able to articulate the impact of culture and ethnicity on their desire to pursue graduate work at MHGS.

Family Aid Fee Waiver Assistance
To help assist students (who both the student and spouse are attending MHGS.) Also single parents who are providing fulltime support of a child and/or dependent. This waiver covers student fees including (student service fee, library fee, practicum fee, and internship fee.) Applicants should be able to explain the impact this waiver will have towards their personal education process.
