MHGS policy prohibits distributing material or soliciting students, faculty, or staff on company premises at any time unless approved by the CFO.  Solicitation for any purpose or cause may include requests for subscriptions, donations, pools, gifts, charities, memberships, or other forms of requests.  

The Student Directory, staff and/or faculty rosters and classroom time may not be used for purposes of solicitation; such use is expressly forbidden.
