"Human Resources." We're sorry, but that term just drives us crazy. Humans are not resources. Humans are miraculously created individuals, each with a stunning uniqueness that illustrates the grandeur and immensity of God. As we come together to work, each of us throws our own spice into the soup. In the Human Resources department, we see our role as being resources for humans, rather than the other way around. And yes, we do provide structure and alignment along with clarity and direction as we co-labor together.
