Millions of people around the world have read Donald Miller's book, Blue Like Jazz. It is an edgy book that takes a look at Christian spirituality from a non-traditional perspective. Recently, Donald Miller and Steve Taylor (musician and film director) have teamed up to take the book to the silver screen.

In February 2009, they came to Mars Hill Graduate School to discuss this film project. As an academic community committed to the creative exploration of faith and the arts, our conversation with them centered on the creative process and the unique roles we have in re-imagining spirituality free from constraint while still believing in a Gospel that transforms and saves.
