Non Matriculated application

A student may apply to MHGS as a non-matriculated, or non-degree seeking status as well.  These students have all of the same rights and responsibilites as a degree-seeking student, and can take up to 12 graduate hours either for credit or audit.  They would have an official record and transcript of these courses and could possibly transfer them into a degree program at MHGS later on.  If you are interested in applying as a non-degree seeking student, please fill out the Non-Matric Application.

enrichment application

For those people who want to attend a MHGS class but not receive any graduate credit, we offer the option of "enriching" specific courses that they may be interested in.  In this status, the person would be able to come to lectures but not complete any work or participate in the class in any other ways. This option provides people the opportunity to sample the culture and community of MHGS, without having to apply as a student.  If you are interested in applying to enrich a class, please fill out the Enrichment Registration Form.

continuing education credits application

For those professionals already working in the counseling or other fields we offer the option of Continuing Education Credits (CEU’s). These credits can be used towards licensure renewal; however it is the responsibility of the student to ensure that the course meets the individual state licensure requirements. At the end of the course, MHGS will provide the student with an official record of their seat hours in the course. Continuing education is a great way for people to refresh their learning in a specific area or reconnect to a therapeutic or pastoral culture and community. For those students interesting in applying for continuing education credits, please fill out the Enrichment Registration Form AND the Continuing Education Units Form.
