Student financial services
At Mars Hill Graduate School, we understand the financial stress that can come with the pursuit of education. To help ease that burden, we have developed a number of financial assistance programs. Our hope is that these scholarships and aid packages will help you move forward with your personal, professional, and spiritual goals.

Financial Aid Basic Information
Students are eligible to apply for the FFELP (Stafford) Loan Program through Title IV federal funds. All students wishing to apply for aid much first complete an on-line Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and meet the federal eligibilty requirements. The FAFSA deadline is May 15th of each year. Graduate students can apply for up to $20,500 per academic year in FFELP loan assistance. Students are encouraged to thoughtfully consider their financial needs and not apply for more funds than required.
Once students have completed the admissions process and the FAFSA Student Financial Services will provide a student award letter. Award letters will be available June 15th one month after the May 15th FAFSA deadline. The award letter and all additional documentation will be available to access through the MHGS student portal. In addition to financial aid information the student account information is also available through the student portal once a student has been admitted.
In order to qualify for federal financial aid a student must maintain a minimum status of halftime (4 credits) and maintain satisfactory academic progress.
